QH88 Terms & Conditions – Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and QH88. Accessing the QH88 website or mobile app, registering an account, or placing a bet are all considered acts of acceptance. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration.

QH88 is an online betting and gaming platform serving players based in the Philippines. The platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use, resale, or reproduction of QH88 services without written consent is strictly prohibited.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use QH88, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are not a person who has been previously excluded, suspended, or banned by QH88.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active QH88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. QH88 uses device, IP, and payment fingerprinting to detect duplicate accounts, and any duplicates found will be merged or suspended.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. QH88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

During the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you will be asked to verify your identity by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where required, proof of address or source of funds. Providing false or altered documents is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and current.
• You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes.
• QH88 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on QH88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are typically credited to your QH88 account promptly after the transaction is confirmed by your payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel you use.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. QH88 may request supporting documents before processing withdrawal requests, especially for larger amounts. We aim to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe outlined in our support documentation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are detailed on the platform.
• QH88 does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as deposit or payment methods.
• Any deposits made using ineligible payment methods may be returned, less any applicable transaction fees.
• QH88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on QH88 — whether on sports, live casino games, slots, eBingo, or esports markets — are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market. These rules are available on the relevant game or betting page within the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the platform offers a specific cash-out feature for that market.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or voided will be settled according to the applicable sport or game rules.
• QH88 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, incorrect odds, or where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• In-play bets are accepted at QH88's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per player. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

06 Promotions & Bonuses

QH88 offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and the validity period for using the bonus. • Bonuses are credited to your account only after all eligibility conditions have been met.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• QH88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, QH88 may deduct the bonus and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal.

07 Player Conduct

QH88 expects all players to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software faults for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with QH88.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Philippine laws.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward QH88 support staff or other users.

08 Privacy & Data

QH88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account and platform updates.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and has not responded to reactivation communications.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied at the player's own request.
• QH88 is required to do so under applicable law or at the direction of relevant authorities.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

QH88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QH88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of betting opportunities during downtime, errors in displayed odds prior to bet confirmation, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits QH88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

QH88 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the QH88 platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
